Our client provides IT services to the market research industry. They have a reputation for great customer service, reliability and technical excellence. They help our clients by setting up and running their surveys on the web, processing the resulting data, and delivering results in a variety of formats from interactive portals to static PDFs.
They are looking for a graduate trainee to learn data processing and web survey programming. They will provide full training and on the job learning. They will teach the successful candidate to use specialist software for building web surveys and processing the results. Once trained you will be required to handle projects from inception to completion.
You must be familiar with using a PC in a Windows environment with reasonable typing skills. You must be articulate in both written work and spoken communication as you will be dealing directly with clients. Full training will be provided on the software and the nature of the work. Successful candidates are likely to have a science based degree, but not specifically computer science.
We must emphasise that this is not a job for someone looking for a career in computer programming.
