Our centralised office location is just a short walk from Oxford Circus. We have recently expanded to the City and have the vision of further expansion by the end of 2018. With this in mind the team are looking for a Smart Phone Repair Technician to expand our repair team.

 

WHO ARE YOU?

 

You are passionate about the IT industry and have a meticulously keen eye for detail. Alignment and precision brings a twinkle to your eye and you are able to spot a flaw a mile off. You are a problem solver and would enjoy that
release of endorphins that make your brain buzz after successfully completing a complex repair.

 

Not only do you thrive under pressure, but you also recognise when it’s necessary to ask for help. You are able to multi-task with ease whilst maintaining communication with the team. As a technician you will be completing repairs by yourself, however you are part of a team. Everyone has each other’s backs and it’s important that you strive to involve yourself in this mantra.

 

You are able to follow processes to a T. All testing and repairs must be in accordance with our guidelines in order to complete a repair to our highest of standards. These standards are followed by everyone at the company and mustn’t be compromised.

 

In this technology led era, a phone or tablet can often be viewed as an extension of oneself. Our clients are entrusting us with the repair of their device, so above all you must exude trustworthiness. When we return a client’s device to them, we want to instil that same intangible experience they had the first day they purchased it. With a market saturated in cowboy repairs, we not only see it as our job, but our responsibility to restore the faith of our clients in the skill of a premium repair.

 

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

 

You are what stands between a smashed iPhone of disappointment and the biggest grin on a clients face when their repaired, pristine conditioned phone is returned to them. But such joy does not come easy. Amongst your daily
tasks, you will be required to inspect and test parts ensuring that only the best quality of parts make it onto our repairs.

 

You will need to work in tandem with the rest of the team to ensure that the repairs are completed in time and in the correct order, whilst simultaneously updating company platforms to ensure the correct data is captured and fed
back to the client.

 

It is not uncommon for clients to have underlying faults with their device; for example, a broken screen may be concealing a faulty camera. In this case, it will be your duty to identify and communicate these faults. As a team we want to ensure the best level of repair is delivered 100% of the time. Going above and beyond is the norm.

 

From time to time it may be necessary for you to interact with clients face to face or over the phone. Therefore, you must be comfortable and confident in talking to strangers. Adapting your approach to clients in order to suit their
demographic, whilst maintaining our high SLA standards in client satisfaction is vital.

 

Last but not least, expect to be learning a lot on a daily basis. We may be a small team but we have a vast amount of knowledge and expertise. We need you to bring the passion and willingness to learn so that we can bring you into
the elitist world of our Technicians.
