They are looking for a committed and professional individual to assist with providing first line technical hardware and software support.

 

About the Role

 

Key duties will include:

 

  • To provide first line technical hardware and software support, involving the installation, configuration, administration, documentation and maintenance of desktop systems and associated equipment
  • To participate in IT projects, contributing technical input, and participating when required as a full-time project team member, or as a project leader according to the needs of the project
  • Documenting all support calls in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Answering incoming service calls for the team and redirecting as required
  • Providing general office support as and when required

  • Disciplined, self-motivated work ethic
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Passion for IT

  • Good troubleshooting skills
